5:30AM protein shake
7:30AM apple
9:30AM 4 hardboiled egg whites
11AM hamburger patty with mushrooms, yogurt
3:30PM  apple with almond butter
6PM 10oz steak, asparagus, shrimp, quinoa
8PM 2 spoons cookie dough batter
10PM cottage cheese
