Went for a three-mile walk with the baby and dog in the rain. Shoulder still hurts, and am still sore in my legs and stiff at the waist.

5PM 2 pork ribs, sweet potato fries
8:30PM post-workout shake (no carbs)
11PM 2 cups of whole milk
