4:30AM 1/2 sweet potato, 4 eggs, spinach
8AM banana with peanut butter, 2eggs
10AM 2 eggs
12PM 2 slices of Costco combo pizza
1PM cottage cheese and blueberries
6PM sweet potato fries with ketchup, Ribeye steak, mixed greens
7PM 2 cups of milk
8PM steak, banana
11PM 1 hardboiled egg
