4:30AM protein shake, banana
6AM doughnut
9AM 6 hardboiled egg whites, yogurt, apricot
12PM taco salad, banana
3PM taco salad
6PM banana, almond butter, ice cream sandwich
7PM fried chicken, ribs, rice, noodles
