- Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95#)
- Burpee Box Jumps

8AM eggs, squash, spinach
10:30AM post-workout shake
1PM steak burrito
5PM hamburger, salad
8PM pineapple, sherbet
9PM hamburger, peanut butter and honey toast
