Workout
6:30PM

Strength: Back Squat 3 x 5 (+5 lbs from last time)
45x5, 135x4, 185x3, 235x2, 255x1; 235x2x5
                Shoulder Press 3 x 5 (+ 1-5 lbs from last time)
45x5, 95x4; 125x2x5, 1x3
Conditioning:  As many rounds possible in 10:00:
- 5 Burpee Box Overs (20/ 15")
- 10 Kettlebell Snatches (heaviest with good form)
- 15 Air Squats

Feeling sick today and running short on time, but at least I got in there and did some work. I'll try the same weights again next week.
